CONFIRMATION SCHEDULE WITH BISHOPS

In Phoenix, the confirmation schedule is published on the events page. As opposed to previous years, the celebrant is not mentioned so we do not know which events are with the Bishop. Unlike Bishop Kicanas, Bishop Olmsted does not publish his schedule.

So please check the schedule for your parishes, ask the Pastor if he would like an honor guard for the confirmation. If the Bishop will be present, please advise your assigned Marshal and myself so we can evaluate the callouts. If the Bishop will not be present, I ask the Assembly to accommodate their Pastors. I am sorry if this seems like a lot activity for each of the 41 assemblies out there but the for the Honor Guard, this is what we do. Like the membership poster says, “Sir Knight” is not just a title. It is an honor. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT, SIR KNIGHTS.

Keep checking this website and the emails my marshals are sending to each commander, navigator, MASTER, VSM, Former VSM and former Masters. Commanders please copy your marshal when you notify your Sir Knights. It only takes one SK from several assemblies to make a good turnout. SK can report for callouts on their own.
